3. Specialized Delivery Services
Since many of our shredders exceed 200 lbs, additional services may be required to ensure a safe delivery.
- Liftgate Service: Required if your delivery location does not have a loading dock and the equipment must be lowered to the ground.
- Inside Delivery: Moves the palletized equipment inside the first dry threshold of your building, such as a garage or lobby.
- White-Glove Installation: We offer premium installation services, including uncrating, placement, and removal of packaging materials.
Please contact us directly to receive a quote for specialized delivery services.

Product FAQs
Questions About K-16 Destroyer DOD High Security Shredder w/ Deployment Case
Product-specific answers based on this shredder’s description, specifications, and intended use case.
What media is the K-16 Destroyer (Deployment Case) NSA/CSS-approved to destroy?
Paper. The K-16 is a high-security destruction system designed for classified document destruction. The K-16 Destroyer is tested and listed on the NSA/CSS Evaluated Products List for Paper Shredders for paper destruction only. This unit can physically process some disc media, but that capability isn't part of its NSA/CSS listing.
Can I use this unit to destroy CDs or discs?
It can physically process discs, but that isn't covered by its NSA/CSS listing — the certification applies to paper only. If you need media destruction that meets that same tested standard, an SS-16D/X model or a dedicated media-destruction device is the better fit.
What throughput should I expect from the K-16 Destroyer w/ Deployment Case?
The K-16 Destroyer carries a High-volume rating on the NSA/CSS Evaluated Products List for Paper Shredders on the paper side. On media, it handles up to 1 disc per pass at up to 2,550 discs/hour. For buyers comparing high-security shredders, that throughput helps show whether the K-16 is better suited to lower-volume secure use or sustained classified-document destruction.
What should I check before feeding discs into this unit?
Remember that disc destruction here isn't NSA/CSS-listed, so it shouldn't be used where a documented chain of custody is required — use an SS-16D/X model for that. If you're using it informally, the 5.5" disc throat is the practical size limit, separate from the 9.5" paper opening.
What should I plan for when placing this unit?
The deployment case version measures 37"H x 24"W x 19"D and runs on a 115V circuit — built for mobile or field placement rather than a fixed desktop spot, so plan power access accordingly.
